The information on this site, including the guides and price ranges, is general information about heating and cooling. It is not a quote, a diagnosis of your equipment or professional advice for your specific situation. Price ranges come from published sources and are for planning only.

Quotes and service

Quotes are provided after a diagnosis or site visit and describe the work, equipment and price. Work begins only after you approve a quote. After-hours, weekend and holiday rates apply where stated when you book.

Contacting us and consent

By calling us, you agree that we may contact you by phone or text at the number you provide about your request. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Call recording

Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training where permitted by law.

Call forwarding when we are unavailable

Spitale HVAC answers and handles service calls with its own technicians. During peak demand, after-hours emergencies, or when our schedule is full, a call may be forwarded to another trusted local provider in the area so you still get help quickly. When a call is forwarded, the provider who answers is responsible for the work they perform, their pricing and their terms. Availability and pricing can vary by provider.

Safety

If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility from outside. If a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave and call 911. Do not rely on this website in an emergency.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Michigan consumer protection law.
