Our service office sits on 3 Mile Rd NW, where Grand Rapids meets Walker, so the city itself and the northwest side are home ground. That runs from the historic houses east of downtown, where boilers, radiators and ductless cooling are common, out through Walker and north to Comstock Park for the full range of furnace, air conditioning and heat pump work.
South of downtown, Wyoming and Kentwood are regular stops. Kentwood's mix of 1950s ranches, 1970s split-levels and new builds brings a lot of duct and return work alongside furnace and AC replacements, and the commercial buildings along the busier corridors bring rooftop unit service and repair.
