Privacy policy
What we collect when you contact us or visit this site, why, and what we do with it.
Information you give us
When you call or book service, you may give us your name, phone number, address, and details about your heating or cooling equipment and the problem you are having. We use that information to respond, schedule and carry out the work, and to keep a service record for your equipment.
Information collected automatically
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Like any website, the server that hosts it may record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google. Maps are not loaded until you press a View map button; when you do, the map is provided by Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
How we use and share information
We use your information to respond to you, provide service, send appointment-related messages and keep equipment records. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to deliver the service, such as with a permit office for an installation, an equipment manufacturer for warranty registration, or another trusted local provider if your call is forwarded during peak demand, and where the law requires it.
Phone calls
Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training where permitted by law. If your call is forwarded to another provider because we are unavailable, the details you give on that call are shared with them so they can help you.
How long we keep it
We keep service records for as long as they are useful for maintaining your equipment and meeting our legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call us to make a request.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
